How long does it take to receive items purchased?

Typically 5-12 BUSINESS DAYS after payment is received depending on arrival city & item.

turnaround time for delivery is 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS IF NOT AVAILABLE AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

 

 

 

Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders made on weekend days will be processed the following Monday. Shipping labels are created before product is shipped most times to organize orders, this does not always accuarately reflect shipping status on USPS website. If you have not RECEIVED your item by the 10th business day please email us.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent after items are shipped. A tracking number will be provided also in the email.

 

How do shirts fit or run? 

Shirts generally run true to size. Shirts are unisex however, gender specific are available. All shirts are pre shrunk and ringspun.

 

How do I order a custom product?

Send custom requests to BRKNLXRY8913@gmail.com. You will be answered within 24 hours.

 

 

What if my package is lost by the post office or stolen from my door?

BRKNLXRY is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number states it was processed by the USPS or delivered to the address, it is out of our hands unfortunately and we are not liable to send another package or refund. Please contact the USPS with tracking number and file a claim. 

 

 

Return policy:

Items received CAN NOT be refunded or exchanged for different style item, only ONLINE STORE credit, within 7 days of purchase. We DO NOT allow returns, refunds or exchanges on Special or custom items. They are made per order, please know your size. All garments are true to size and fitted. We suggest going up a size if you would like a loose fit. We also DO NOT guarantee a perfect match for sneaker. For best results please stop in with sneaker.

We do not accept online returns in store. Also, we DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK FOR A RETURN UNLESS THE ERROR WAS OUR FAULT. If you order the wrong size or color etc and wish to exchange, YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST. Please ship item back to our online facility below,
